Scholarships to be Issued in the Spring 2016

The Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund will begin accepting applications for scholarships in March for the Fall Semester of 2016!

Scholarships will be awarded to West Virginia high school graduates attending a college or university in the Mountain State.  Applicants must meet low income standards as set forth in the Bylaws of the Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund.

THE LEPRECHAUN DASH IS BACK

Due to the success of the first Leprechaun Dash, the second annual St. Patrick’s Day event has been scheduled.

The 2016 edition of this unique event will be held at Kanawha State Forest on Saturday, March 12, 2016.  This 8k road and trail run will give you the opportunity to catch the Leprechaun and be eligible for special prizes.  But, even if you aren’t as fast as the Leprechaun, there are prizes and awards for the rest of the participants.

More information will be available soon but plan on wearing the green and joining us as we chase the Leprechaun on March 12.  All proceeds of this event will benefit the Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund which provides tuition assistance to West Virginia graduates that meet low income requirements and attend a college or university in the Mountain State.
